Mini-Makeover: Leather Details

This is a super easy mini-makeover. While the basic tee is definitely necessary to any wardrobe, it doesn't have to be a basically boring tee.

Grab a scrap of leather, or buy 1/8" yd of leather from you local fabric store and cut it into a square, being careful to cut smooth lines because you aren't finishing any of the edges (because leather won't ravel). After that, mark on the shirt where you want to place the pocket - a lower pocket gives a more slouchy look, and a higher pocket a more preppy look. sew down all the sides except the top and wall-luh! A brand new, not-boring, basic tee:)
